I would like to begin with the Business side of the appraisal. Precision Electricals' persona is "Professional, Smart, Attentive" at all times. The aura that PES give off is one of magnitude to be attentive to you the customers needs right from the word go. PES responded in a timely manner to my enquiry, they were flexible fitting in around our work schedule to come and assess and technically spec the requirements. At no time during this did they dismiss my requirements of what I believed the end solution should look like to provide power and lighting to an Outdoor area, and two sheds. The assistance and design guidance provided was Electrically Technical, but delivered in a way that I could understand, visually showing me what or how it could look like with images of the equipment to be used. When I said "It can come down there" because to me it was the simplest and quickest route, which I had no concerns with, Daniel's professionalism said, "I can run it this way and shape it perfectly to align with the surroundings so it doesn't stand out. Due to national obstacles and some personal diarised events, Daniel offered to do the works on a Sunday for us, to minimise the impact to us. The result of the works is Exceptional, and for me being slightly OCD, the visual of it and how he made something externally that can't be hidden look so visually aesthetically pleasing is a true reflection on him and the businesses desire to deliver only the best quality of workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Electrical Services Ltd to anyone. A warm thanks to Daniel personally for doing everything he did to provide us our outdoor haven, I even got a IP66 outlet for future DIY projects where I don't need to run extension leads from the house anymore.
