Noemi McKee1 StarHad the alarm for one year and had to have engineer come out twice due to faults with the system. They make you pay an annual maintenance fee and claim the engineer visits are then free. I don't think it's acceptable to have to be paying for faults occurring in the first year. These should have been covered by Premier.Monday 10th October 2022

My Control Panel was bleeping at 1.30pm yesterday and by 4pm the same day an engineer had visited, changed all the batteries in my sensors plus changed the batteries in my control box. James1 StarThe maintenance work that was carried out was great no issue at all but do not sign up to their annual maintenance contract. They make it exceedingly difficult to leave, without any notice or communication the contract automatically renews into a new 12-month term. The first you know of the new term is when you are sent an invoice by which time it is too late to cancel. They hold you to the contract even though there is no letter or email warning you about bout the renewal and there is also no cooling offer period. And to top it off the renewal came with a price increase.Thursday 13th August 2020
