I have had concerns for a while, over my high gas consumption and have had other heating engineers to check things out; just to make sure there wasn't a leak/fault with the boiler. I have repeatedly been told there was no problem. I had Premium Heating out on another matter and mentioned my ongoing concern and the fact that I had permanent hot water despite the fact the hot water was off (I have a system boiler not combi). Barry investigated the matter and established the boiler had been wired incorrectly, meaning that my boiler was basically always on! He fixed the problem and for the first time , I have normal gas usage! To say I'm ecstatic is an understatement! In addition to this, they are friendly, timely and professional, in booking appointments and actually turning up!! 10/10 all the way!!Friday 18th February 2022
Roy Maiden5 StarAfter recently moving the into our property it became apparent there were a number of issues with the aging heating system. Premium Heating and Plumbing were recommended to me, and what a great company they are! After identifying the problems a number of parts were replaced and upgrades suggested. These have now all been completed and we are very happy with the end result. Really pleasant people to have working in your house, backed up with a professional quoting and booking system, and guys that turn up on time!Friday 29th October 2021
