Pretzel & Spelt

I am delighted to have been selected as a a contestant for Top of the Shop with Tom Kerridge to showcase my pretzels.

Due to the high quality and authenticity of my Bavarian style pretzel and a lack of producers in the UK, high demand made it necessary to move away from the limitations of my kitchen.

We are now working on getting my bakery with shop and wholesale up and running.

I am looking forward to meeting lots of you at local festivals and in my shop in the future.
