My car was originally booked in for October 2022, but Pronto asked if I would delay it until the 22nd November 2022, which I agreed to. They later asked me if I would move it again into the new year, to which I said “No”, so they collected my car on 22nd November 2022 and returned it on 3rd February 2023! It took 10 weeks and 1 day to do a job estimated at 2 weeks! I discovered that Pronto had took on more profitable work AFTER booking me in, which was why they wanted to push my work back until the new year. The parts were supposedly received late December 2022, but work didn’t start until 23rd January 2023 (I know this as I have a tracker that tells me when the car has been unlocked etc.). The cost of my hire car, which was being paid for by the other party’s insurance, came to £9,450. The repair work to my car consisted of replacing a cracked rear bumper and smoothing a small dent in in the boot, which means the car hire probably cost a lot more than the repairs, which could be one of the reasons insurance premiums go up. During this whole process, Pronto only updated me a couple of times during the final 2 weeks. Before that I was constantly having to chase them and being left in the dark. I will never use Pronto again or recommend them to anyone.

STAY WELL CLEAR! COWBOY GARAGE WITH A FANCY BUILDING! hit a badger last summer so front end damage nothing massive though. Insurance took it to Pronto and after a month I hadn't heard a word so I dropped by. They said they had started it and was waiting for parts. After taking an hour to find it as was dumped in a little room with rubbish!! Untouched! Was finally told it was being done but month after month still no joy! Fake promises after fake promises! Excuses after excuses! Saying they can't find the parts but I could get the parts within a week so more lies. AFTER 6 MONTHS! Told it was done, finally I thought! As to no surprise when they gave me the cat back and they had damaged loads of the car including the brand new freshly painted bumper and many parts they shouldn't have touched. Through insurance and pronto they finally said they had the parts to fix everything they broke, so 2 months after picking it up (8 months after the accident) it went back in. Weeks later still not done so I have taken it from them and will be going else where. Also note the window they fitted rattles like crazy so they have broken even more! Please please don't be fooled by the flash cars and teslas that are there, they are all complete cowboys in the office and workshop!

A very professional company who kept me informed at every stage of the repair, my Repair Account Manager Rhys Cousins called me weekly to appraise me of the repairs progress. When my car was returned the quality of work was exceptional the valeting and end finish was brilliant.

Very happy with my repairs at pronto. I dealt with Jay who was very professional and polite. The company were also able to work around my busy schedule and arrange suitable drop off times etc. The work is immaculate, I am very happy with the repairs and would use the company again.

I was referred to Pronto Prestige Accident Repair Centre (Norwich) by my insurer as my vehicle (Audi Q4 e-Tron) suffered minor damage due to an accident. The team repaired the damage and I am very satisfied with the work and the finished product. Despite it taking longer than expected to complete the work (almost 6 weeks) Jay, the job manager, explained the reasons for the delays and ensure the repairs were completed professionally. Jay was good at explaining what had been done and answering any questions I had. One recommendation to Jay and the team is to make more of an effort to keep their customers informed of the progress of work being done. Thank you and I appreciate the effort in completing the repairs.
