Incredible slow service, overpriced and very poor costumer service. We are tenants and use Protec in our building as we have a pre installed system and only they can work on it. If I would have a choice I would never work with this company. They do a service twice a year and I dread every interaction. One example why I am frustrated with them: We called them to repair something in February. They came 4 weeks later. Sent an invoice in October and I asked some questions. Every time I have to wait 2-4 weeks for a response and now we need some new work and they won't come as an invoice is outstanding. But I can't process the invoice until they answer the questions I raised back in October and still haven't answered. Sorry for the long post but if you can avoid working with them please do

Customer services efficient, engineer arrived when they said he would, Very Helpful, Resolved issues efficiently. Will be getting rid of current service company and going with protec fire as my current fire service company don't seem to know what they are doing.....and engineers never turn up and we are big power production site so need a working fire system!!
