I’ve made the mistake of asking others to come and do simple work (taps/sinks etc) and regretted it. Will only be using Oz from now who installed a full change in heating system, underfloor heating and all plumbing for our extension. Pleasure to deal with.Tuesday 12th July 2022

I first had dealings with Protherm around March this year, I was badly let down by another well known local company,
So I called Protherm and just from talking on the phone, I knew I would be looked after, I found Oz to be friendly down to earth and more importantly, helpful and honest, he didn't try a big sell or charge rediculous amounts just to knock on my door, he simply offered good advise and discussed the best and most cost effective repair options with me.
Although busy the work was done as a priority for me to get the boiler back to the way it should be and the quality of the work was faultless.
Very pleased to find a local business I can trust, with very reasonable charges, so much so I've just had Oz back to carry out an annual boiler service and safety check before winter, and as expected perfect work again!Wednesday 20th October 2021

I came home to a boiler that wasn't working tonight and I asked him for advice and and he kindly face timed and talked me through the various switches etc which needed to be checked and eventually by systematically going through everything he got it to work again!. He is going to carry out a service next week on the boiler asap just to make sure it won't happen again.
