I just wanted to send my thanks and appreciation for the customer service and advice that I received from the member of your team I met. I didn’t need a new battery at this time and I was patiently explained to and demonstrated to as to why my battery was draining more quickly than it should and this was fixed. When I do need a new battery and/or help again I’ll be back and will share my positive experience with others Thank you 😊👍🏼Tuesday 1st February 2022
John Barrett5 StarJust popped in to get some compressed air and had a quick chat with the assistant..... it was nice to speak to someone in a tech shop that actually had a good knowledge of what I was asking and actually seemed interested in what I had to say. After chatting for a while I also found out that they also do custom pc builds. They also stock laptops, tablets and mobile phones. All in all a good place to visit. Also, they should have a new stock of laptops recently delivered if you're looking for a next-gen machine.Wednesday 29th December 2021

Dana Hackney5 StarI took two laptops to be checked over today, unfortunately neither could be saved but the check over process was very quick. It was explained to me what the problem was, and why they couldn't be fixed which was very helpful to me as I don't have a wide knowledge of the ins and outs of laptops.
After discovering this I then purchased a chrome book from the store, I had planned to buy one just incase and I was very happy to discover that the Chromebook was brand new in the box and £100 cheaper than anywhere else I had seen them!
Very happy with my visit to Pudsey Computers, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Highly recommended!Tuesday 31st August 2021
