Great service from RB Porter as always! They were able to get an engineer out to me the same day that I called them. A new part was needed for my boiler which they were able to order and get fitted by the next working day! Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Good, reliable company who believe in customer satisfaction. Have used this company a few times over the last 2yrs, while trying to keep our old back boiler going. Finally had to admit defeat in February and convert to a combi. Rhys the first point of call was always friendly and polite when answering our many questions, helping whenever he could. I can't praise Darren and Wayne highly enough. They arrived every day promptly. Informed us what work would be carried out each day and did so to a high standard. They were always professional, polite and friendly. Many thanks to you all. Will always use Porters when heating and plumbing issues arise and I am happy to recommend them.

Rang today (03/03/22) to ask for an engineer to investigate a problem I had with CH system refusing to switch off. Engineer arrived at about 12.00pm most thorough and professional. What a service. I've used them several times in the recent past, and it certainly won't be the last time. RP Wollaston.
