The engineer was polite & courteous, witching a few hours our boiler was back up and running.

On booking my appointment the very kind gentleman Oliver was prompt at getting me booked it.
On arrival Colin the plumber was helpful and informative as to how he would clear my blockage.
Within 20min my pipes were clear and flowing again!
