Was visiting Cumbria on holiday when i had a problem with my car. Found R P Services using google maps. Contacted Ryan, couldn't have been more helpful on the phone, did a rough diagnosis over the phone, and arranged to visit the garage straight away. Diagnosed problem with the car (wheel bearing), booked me in the following day to fix the car rearranging his schedule so as not to impact on my holiday. When I dropped the car off, he even lent me a car for the afternoon.
Great efficient service, nothing was too much trouble, and he didn't charge the earth for the job either. Brilliant, Ryan, well done and thanks.Saturday 11th June 2016
