L B1 StarDoesn't return calls or emails have reported to gassafe as installed our setup incorrectly. Clearly cheap and cheer full and unsafe. Used via a developer and every house had a problem with plumbing what more can you say!Wednesday 27th April 2022
Christine Railton1 StarWe have used Richard twice in the past. When our service was due he was contacted and booked.
On the day, after waiting an hour, we rang him and was told he had forgotten having written down the booking.
After rebooking we had another failure to arrive and no message.
Communication non existent.
Reliability none.

Paul Knight5 StarAfter a day of DIY on a Sunday, I made a vital mistake! and nailed a floorboard down through a pipe. I called Walker plumbing and within seconds I was speaking to Richard who explained what I needed to do, to shut the water off. Within the hour Richard arrived, he installed a new pipe and prevented a major disaster.Thursday 13th May 2021
