Al McN2 StarExtremely poor after-care support. Fitting of equipment was fine but we had a couple of (minor) issues, the first of which was eventually dealt with (albeit it slowly). The second (manufacturer) issue has been ongoing for months now and it seems our emails, voicemails and other messages are simply being ignored - considering there’s no dispute over the issue, we consider this to be extremely disappointing and unprofessional.Wednesday 25th July 2018
