Contacted them and they came the next day as promised. They diagnosed and fixed the problem there and then. They even had a replacement pump on the van ready to go. Hot running water and heating all sorted within a couple of hours and for a very reasonable price. I would fully recommend using these guys. Nice friendly people, punctual, honest and reliable. Fantastic service, phoned John when our boiler broke and he was extremely helpful. He was very busy that week but squeezed us in for a mini fix so we had heating and hot water until he could come and do the full repair. He was on time, efficient and very knowledgeable. I contacted them in relation to our internal LPG gas fire that was not working and had not been serviced for a while. They gave me a date and a time window of 2 hours. Thye arrived within the 2 hour time window and conducted the service in a clean and professional manner. The service chekced the gas source as well as the fire as well and now in full working order. A good job done and i would highly recommend them.
