Wayne Bailey5 StarHad two older ev chargers swapped over for 22kW Zappi smart chargers. From initial contact to installation everything was seamless. The installer happily spent time explaining how to use the chargers, making sure I was happy before they left, everywhere clean and tidy.
All required forms for the grant were forwarded to me with clear instruction of requirements.

They came back to me with a competitive local price, that being said you could get the charger and installation from one of the big national companies a bit cheaper I had no interested in using then buy local if you can is the way forward
They came to fit the unit on the allocated day and on time, the job all went very well and according to plan. The electrician was very tidy and methodical in his works and took a good bit of time showing us how it all worked and helped with setting up the app
So all in all I can't fault Raylec the whole experience was so easy
