The whole team at Reality have been fantastic, in making what was quite a sensitive sale to us personally, seamless and worry free. Due to the nature of the sale I was asked by my solicitor to get three valuations, I knew from the day David came that I would go with Reality. After that it was made so easy by the team, Both David and Danny initially talked me through the whole process, and had a fantastic plan for the marketing of the property, we had many offers within days! Following that, the communication from Millie, Adam, David and Danny has been fantastic, and very refreshing compared to experiences I have had with big chain estate agents! I will not hesitate to go back to them when I need help with another property. Thanks so much!

I can highly recommend the team at Reality. Unlike some other agents we had experience of, they were friendly, approachable and professional. Millie and Danny were brilliant when organising viewings and kept us well informed. I felt I was able to get in touch at any point with any questions or queries. Adam was efficient when helping to get our sale to completion and I was impressed that when negotiations for the sale of our house went into the evening and even Sunday, we were still kept well informed. We have used Reality Estate Agents 3 times over the years for the sale of our property and have always found the service second to none. From the valuation through to completion they are always at hand and available to help with any problems which inevitably occur and deal with them promptly and efficiently. The aftersales service is great and where Reality excel compared to the bigger agents. Danny is amazing and nothing is too much trouble! Would definitely highly recommend.
