Red Security were one of several companies that I asked to survey and provide quotations to provide and install both burglar alarm and CCTV, the idea being to make my property more secure. You cannot afford to be too careful these days and I wanted a system that would be both easy to understand and use but also one that I could operate via my phone or laptop from wherever I was in the world. Red Security were very competitive but the reason why I chose them was because of the quality of the advice that I was offered which included several money saving ideas. I am a very demanding customer with high standards and must say that the actual workmanship was excellent with hardy any disturbance to my household and everything finished to a very high standard with only quality equipment installed. My requirement centred around a very old existing system that was already part installed. It was suggested that a mixture of replacement wired equipment alongside other wire-free items would be best for me and I must admit to being delighted with the finished workmanship and the overall quality of the installation. I am so pleased with everything that I would have no problem showing Red Security potential customers the finished article.

Was very impressed by the professionalism of Yann. The equipment was installed exactly as we discussed and with minimum mess. Following the installation Yann spent time explaining how things worked and ensured I was happy before he left. I will be recommending Yann to all my friends and colleagues.

After ringing around a few local security camera installers and have them visit for a survey & quotation i decided to settle on RED due to the professionalism shown right from the very start. Yann was punctual in his visit for the survey and on the date of installation. During the survey stage i was extremely grateful for Yanns input and experience with helping me site and get the best out of the 4 camera system we were going to have installed. On the day of installation all work was carried out with great care and consideration with everything tidied up afterwards. A quick tutorial and some system set up parameters from Yann and it was all up and running. Last of all getting the application set up on my phone makes the whole system so easy to use, skipping between dates and event times takes seconds with the ability to directly snap-shot,record and download footage at any moment. I am confident that even some people who struggle with any form of technology would pick up how to use this system in a short amount of time. Yann is a very polite and helpful individual and i would recommend him and RED security highly. Information support post installation is only a phone call away too.

I have just had a security alarm system installed in my house by Red. I don't think I could have chosen a better company. The work was done speedily and efficiently and with the minimum of disruption to the house. The system is very easy to operate and is unobtrusive due to the wireless technology employed. Finally, the cost of the equipment and installation was, in my opinion, very reasonable.

Really happy with our alarm system which we had installed in our shop. Yann explained things from the start very clearly and installed promptly and very professionally without mess, and the system is easy to set and use, would fully recommend.
