Having not owned or used a security system before, Theo went through everything with me and did not stop talking me through it until he was satisfied I was confident enough using it myself. I had at least 2 calls post fitting to make sure I was happy with the product and service I'd received.
I can not recommend Theo or Redditch Security Systems Ltd enough. I now feel safe in my home where I'd never felt it before.

Sam was amazing, quickly arrived at the property, was very professional and friendly, notified us all the time the actions he was taking and sorted our faulty alarm system.
