I have had Resolve for servicing and minor works for many years and they have always been brilliant! This is my first experience of an extension, and despite one end of the house being a building site, Pete was one of the cleanest and tidiest workmen I have ever met - he protected everything, I am sure it was cleaner at the end of the day from his cleaning than it was when they started. My husband described his plumbing work as a work of art. Devon who was working with him was very polite and professional and both worked so hard putting in long hours and not stopping for breaks. Pete is very knowledgable and he explained everything to us so we could make clear choices. They were great at liaising with other trades and no matter what they came across during the build they were confident taking on the challenge. Highly recommend.

Resolve has been our Go-To for several years installing a new hot water system, maintaining central heating, installing a new boiler, replacing a sink & taps, replacing a shower screen & tray, and rationalising legacy plumbing. They have also replaced a complete bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, creation of new cloakroom toilet, with all tiling and electrics. Superb job. This week they attended to fix a boiler problem because British Gas were going to take four days to turn up. Professional, efficient, helpful and very fair prices. Highly recommended.

The estimate we were given for the job was very fair and Pete and Devon arrived on time on the day promised. They covered all our carpet areas with temporary polythene sheeting before starting the job, their work was done professionally and they liaised with us every step of the way. They were both very friendly, worked very long days to ensure they got the work completed without too much inconvenience to us and were a pleasure to have in the house. We will certainly recommend them. We are very pleased with the new heating system and it works perfectly. Thank you Pete, Devon and Amy.
