Carole Magnor1 StarThe guy arrived and after inspection were told what the problem was and he would get the part we needed then ring us with a price!!!Will it be done today we asked as had no hot water yes he replied. He went out of our front door never to been seen or heard of again. I did phone via voice mail some 3 hours later had no response. If he didn't want to do the job why didn't he have the decency to say instead of wasting our time .The reason for 1 star he did turn up,What a way to run a business and treat paying customers.Sunday 7th August 2022

Marina Zaborova1 StarI booked a boiler service and waited for 2 hours but no one came. When I called they were very rude but promised that someone would be there in an hour. They still didn't come and stopped answering the phone and did not call back.Eventually, four hours later I had to live the house. When I got home I had card through the door to say I've missed them. There was absolutely no communication to say when and if anyone is coming.Wednesday 24th November 2021
