Revolution Training classes are designed to deliver constantly varied, functional movement circuit training. Abs, cardio, women's only, mixed adult classes available. Personal training also available. We use urban equipment such as tyres, sledges, battle ropes etc in our new indoor facility. Our aim is to push you to your individual limits no matter what your age, sex, size or current fitness level.

A fantastic training facility, with constant investment and improvement in facilities and equipment. There is now a downstairs facility called Hiitbox which offers high intensity classes either instructor led or open gym style using a mixture of treadmills and punchbags. The main core of the facility, which is circuit training is exceptional. All instructors are extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Each station, in line with the recent pandemic, has a spray and a microfiber cloth for cleaning, and the time between stations has been extended to cater for this. Temperature is measured at the facility prior to training also. The equipment is of the highest standard and the circuits are changed regularly. A superb fitness facility who puts it's customers first.
