Great customer service. I took my knackered old van in here but it looks like they're more used to higher end and custom vehicles. But they still treated me well and got the old thing through its mot and service.. No needless upselling. Quick turn around and spot on communication, a pleasure to deal with. Also it was a lot cheaper than expected. Thanks... Top notch Friendly staff, fair prices for work done and happy to go the extra mile to help me out. I've used various mechanics and tyre shops around Horsham that have let me down and these guys have restored my faith that there are still decent mechanics out there. Revs have been looking after my card ever since it opened and I would never go anywhere else. During a recent service I was offered EDT engine clean/service. I would highly recommend this, I noticed a difference in my car as soon as I drove off, the engine was quieter and my car is undoubtedly performing better. Excellent service - We were recommended to Revs of Horsham to fix a wheel balancing and alignment issue on our S15. From start to finish Oli was very polite and took great care when working on and moving our wheels around the shop, on/off and torqued back to spec. Simply cannot fault them! It's very rare to find a garage with a good group of guys passionate about cars, who look after your car as if it's their own. Would highly recommend.

Excellent place. ...well organised, professional, helpful and friendly team. I'm waiting for the result of my repair but my first experience of them haa been great and confidence inspiring. They are doing what they set out to do. ...to create a warm friendly reliable and professional service for their customers... It is a challenge to pull all that together but they've managed it. Great to deal with a garage that actually like cars, and where the mechanics don’t grumble and moan when you present them your faulty motor. Revs Horsham called me back when promised, and fixed the tricky gearbox issue quicker than scheduled and within budget. Furthermore the car looks cleaner than when it went in, and I think they gave it a once over with the jet washer. I really cannot fault Revs and will use them again in the future, and you should too!

These guys do not do what they say they will do, or are not brave enough to just say they are not interested in the work. Have chased a few times but its obvious they are not interested. Have taken my phone number again after the initial diagnosis of my vehicle (originally claimed I had given the wrong number but was correct on the original invoice) but no call yet to follow up over a week later. Customer unfriendly and rude. Wasted my time and £££. From my point of view at least, I do not recommend Revs of Horsham. Sorry if my vehicle is too much effort for you, but to be ignored is just plain rude.
