Regularly use RFW for annual boiler servicing and always find them helpful, quick and polite. They've been more than happy to advise on ways to keep the heating in our home more consistent throughout as well as offering suggestions for fuel economy - which is always welcome.

Requested service and to inspect and advise on loss of pressure issue. Engineer serviced boiler and said its fine but had to point out the leak when the heating system is on and suggested the PRV or diaphragm was faulty. Engineer said they would find out the cost of parts and let me know. Paid the service bill promptly and reminded them that the repair was still outstanding. No response. Emailed them again 4 weeks later and still no response. Very poor.

Richard and the team provided an excellent service from the moment they arrive to quote, until the job was done and beyond. The time and patience they allowed when quoting for the mew boiler system really enforced that they were the right choice and the work was completed impeccably. Thoroughly recommend!!
