My downstairs cloakroom was more of a store room but has now been totally transformed into a stunning room, with quality fittings. All work was done to a very high standard. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Richard has made a fantastic job of installing my new bathroom. It looks beautiful. His work is immaculate. He mentioned that he treats each job as if he is working in his own home and that is evident. He is patient, professional and kind in his approach to customer service. He also keeps everything clean and tidy as he goes. I would say he is the best tradesman I have ever worked with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Richard has just recently fitted our cloakroom to a very high standard. He moved the soil pipe back to make more room within a very small space and installed the baby sink to just the right height. Richard’s boxing in of the pipes was very neat with the small radiator sitting just above. He is a very clean worker tidying every step of the way and was a pleasure to have in our home. His ideas and attention to detail during the fit were very much appreciated and certainly made the difference. We would definitely recommend Richard to anyone wanting a high standard of work and who thinks out solutions.

Richard has fitted our en-suite and downstairs cloakroom and his work is excellent. He came up with some lovely ideas and carried them out to a very high standard, he was conscientious and a pleasure to work with. We like the fact that he could carry out the whole job, plumbing, tiling cabinet fitting etc. He consulted us every step of the way to ensure it was exactly as we wanted and was very reliable. We would highly recommend him.

Richard Preen has undertaken a number of plumbing and heating jobs for us over the years. Specifically, bathroom renovation , two en suite re- designs, downstairs cloakrooms and radiator replacements. The work is carried out to a very hgh standard, on time and in a neat and tidy manner. Richards artistic eye is also excellent when recommending appropriate fixtures and fittings. Furthermore any follow up calls are no problem for Richard. Nowadays Richard is our first and only call. We cannot recommend him too highly.
