Donald Morgan1 StarWe had a Risco Agility 4 alarm system successfully fitted at home in 2020. One of the key selling points was that it could be operated and checked remotely via the internet without an ongoing charge. Completely out of the blue Risco now require a monthly subscription payment. This “moving of the goal posts” is an unacceptable commercial practice. Risco is not a firm to be trusted. Don’t be surprised if they hit you with unexplained and unforeseen charges they never told you about on making a purchase.Friday 2nd July 2021
David Sullivan1 StarI was fed duff information by their tech guys and ordered a panel I didn't need only to continue on and resolve the issue myself. I phoned them and emailed them several times never received email reply and never received phone call back after being told I would. Goods returned under warranty returned back in June still not processed and accounts still chasing me for payment for returned items.
Company is a joke. Much better competitors out there.
RISCO app is also very temperamental and only works 30-40% of the time.
