About me
I started my horticultural career over 20 years ago, initially working in commercial horticulture, this led to running various departments including propagation and integrated pest management (using beneficial insects along side chemicals to control pests).
In 2001 I made the transition and started to manage large country estates, including the stunning gardens at Lake House on The Grange Park Estate near Winchester, which opens annually to the public under the National Gardens Scheme (click the logo to go to the National Gardens Scheme website):
After completing a foundation degree in Garden Design, I founded Roeder Landscape Design and began using all the experience gained across the different aspects of horticulture to produce beautiful outdoor spaces.
Roeder Landscape Design offers a diverse range of services to private / commercial clients and local authorities.
A number of projects have been commissioned by Winchester City Council, including a long naturalistic border in River Park, located in the centre of Winchester town.
