Great place, really friendly atmosphere, great not matter what shape you are in. Age is just an number. Build confidence. Kickboxing, boxing bjj, mma just an few things they do. Well not be disappointed at all.

Been here for over 10 years and have always felt comfortable there , also being a young female it can be quiet daunting going into a club which is thourght to be a male strong sport , but both the men and women made me feel welcome , I would highly recommend to anyone . Family run business and no matter the outcome of how anyone does at competitions they are proud

Fantastic gym. Cheap, no contract, plenty of equipment. Friendly atmosphere! Highly recommended for the gym alone. Have never done any of the classes though.

My first time at the gym upstairs was fantastic, welcoming and kind everyone just got on with their own thing whilst having conversations between sets. It was a great environment, can't wait for the lessons to start!
