Steve Ross5 StarLocked out. I had a key but the handle wasnt moving the door bolts. Rang RPC who picked up straight away. He had just finished a job nearby and after quoting a very reasonable call out charge he was with me a in a few minutes. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. Afer gaining entry he had the parts on his van to repair the door bolt mechanism and replace the lock all at a good price. I am very happy with a job well done in a cheery mood. Rafael-Andrei Antonie5 StarSince first contact, Rob provided top service as well as value for money. We had to replace the front door and living room door locks.
Apart from doing an amazing job with them, he advised that we should put some security measures in place for garden door, since there were none and explained how important it is to secure every access point.
He explained throughout what he was doing as well as helping as with a faulty light bulb; moreover when working inside the property he took his shoes off which meant a lot, even though the carpet was not the a posh one. His attitude, skills and knowledge are hitting top marks.
Thank you for your faultless job and will definitely be using again for as long as he is in the trade. 110% recommendFriday 13th November 2020
