K L1 Star1 star for Russell Miller of RPM Electrical - he did visit my home, supplied a quote & asked that I call him to arrange if I was happy to go ahead. That's all he ever did!
I was happy to go ahead with the work - I called, left voicemail messages, sent texts & emails. I finally sent a message politely asking to please let me know if he did or didn't want to go ahead with the work(?)
I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE from him! I was quite upset by his blatant bad manners, but realise his behaviour is merely totally unprofessional, ignorant and basically rude!
I certainly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND that anyone waste their time with this man/ company, as I have mine. What a shame! 😕Friday 11th October 2019
