Andy Catchpole5 StarSam who came to fit both front and rear Next Base dash cams today did an excellent job. He was polite from first contact and was also very knowledgeable and professional. I cannot praise him highly enough as he provided a first class fitting service, which resulted in a very clean and tidy installation. Defiantl5 StarScorpion sent out RS Connect to do some warranty work on my immobilizer.
Granted I had problems with making the appointment. Matt who showed up was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable and wanted to help, I could tell he was properly trained compared to the original installer.
He even corrected many of the mistakes and alerted me to issues about the wiring for a dash cam I have, out of the job order but nice to know he was looking out for me.
