Fab Plummers! We had a leak coming through the ceiling downstairs!!! I called around 1pm and was told someone would be with me by 5pm. Around 3.30pm a lovely gentleman called Alan arrived. He sorted the problem out within minutes and got rid of the excess water in the ceiling. We were recommend RSL by a family friend. I would 100% recommend them and they will now be my go to Plummers. Thank you all at RSL!

Failed to turn up twice, i was hoping third time round we would be lucky but that was being too optimistic. Engineer turned up 2 hours later than time i was given, looked at the boiler and said i needed a timer. Waited two weeks and when they guy turned up he said he couldnt wire it up as he wasnt trained on wiring! I have had to call out somebody else as the engineers aswell as the office staff are incompetent. Avoid th like the plague and beware of their fake reviews giving them 5 star ratings.

I have used RSL on 3 different occasions, a rental gas certificate, general toilet / radiator replacements and trouble shooting a boiler issue that another plumber could not resolve. They were punctual, polite and professional. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I booked them to carry out my annual service. The engineer phoned ahead to say he would be arriving at the start of the agreed timeslot. He wore all of the required PPE, cleaned surfaces and carried out a thorough service of the boiler, spending quality time on the appliance and walked the system checking the radiators. Very efficient and professional experience from job booking to completion and good value.

Highly recommend rsl services. The plumber who arrived was very efficient and friendly, he stopped the leak straight away. A replacement tap was provided the very same day. good job, will recommend and use again.
