Richard Langton5 StarCraig replaced 4 old rads with new ones I bought myself and serviced my boiler for me and I can’t recommend him enough!
He turned up on time (v. rare with tradesmen in my experience!), he did a great job fitting the new rads and connecting them to my awkward existing pipes and he left the rooms cleaner than when he started! The thing that impressed me most was that he asked me what I wanted to do about some particularly difficult pipes BEFORE he got stuck into it - most plumbers would have gone for the more expensive and labour-intensive option, charging me a higher price whereas Craig took the time to explain the benefit of both available options, leaving the choice up to me.
Definitely will be using him again when I need my downstairs rads replaced next year and 100% would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a plumber.Wednesday 12th October 2022

First and foremost they fixed the problems.but in addition I found them very helpful in explaining what was needed, they carried out the work on time and to the agreed cost.
