Called Simon out of hours due to emergency with boiler. He came out the following day and from start to finish was amazing. Such a kind, considerate and caring individual. Very good at his job and left everything clean. 10/10 honestly couldn't fault him in any way shape or form. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do the job.

We had an aging boiler which had started to have issues and knew it would probably need replacing sooner or later. One of our main concerns was not knowing who to trust to complete the work. After having someone else come out and take a look we gave Simon a call, and really glad we did. Simon is friendly, informative, and offers no obligation advice. He replaced our boiler and got the radiators working better/hotter than we can remember. Simon takes pride in his work and is tidy with it. We had no qualms having him in the house during a pandemic and will definitely use him for all future work. Would highly recommend.

We were really pleased with the job when Simon came to service our boiler. He was reliable, provided good communication and was great value. We passed his number on to my parents and sister. He serviced their boilers to an equally high standard, having to fix a problem with one. We would all highly recommend Simon to anyone.

We were recommended Simon Brown from a friend. He called to give us a quotation and outlined several options to replace our 20 year old boiler. Taking time to discuss the pros and cons of each option. He called at the agreed time which was during the lockdown period and observed all of the rules. He worked cleanly and professionally. When he finnished he supplied us with all the relevant safety certificates. We are very pleased with his work and our new boiler and we will definitely use him again.
