We recently had our heating system upgraded to a Worcester Bosch condensed boiler for our family house in Ashby, with new radiator valves and thermostatic control, and found the whole process to be trouble free. Wanted to fit a new bathroom. Phoned them in June, told me it will be September time. Came in July to take measures and give me and estimate. Not had an estimate even after 3 weeks. Phoned them to ask about it, only to find out they haven't managed to do an estimate, and that if I want my bathroom fitted, it will be October. From my point of view, poor client communication, poor service. Obviously, said no longer interested.
