Had roofing issues for a while but never got around to doing something about it. Sean arrived to quote at the time agreed and explained what was required with no pressure. Quote was very reasonable and we agreed to proceed with works. He kept us well informed at all times and completed the jobs professionally and promptly with absolutely no issues. A SC1 StarPhoned weeks ago he came out to look and quoted the job. Said he would come 2 days later ... didn’t show. No phone call .... called to rearrange 2 times both times he didn’t show and didn’t let us know he couldn’t make it. Phoned and asked if he just wasn’t interested in the job and could just tell he had 0 intentions after being let down so many times.... if it’s a small job in my opinion he probably won’t show and won’t let you know. Lynne Johnson5 StarUsed Sean initially when my roof was leaking ..came promptly and did a repair ..however this didn't stop the leak so he came back and now when I said do the work he has said needs to be done he has ghosted me!! Rude and unnecessary if you dont want the job just say dont leave someone hanging on waiting and just ignore them!! Have now found someone else ...a professional. Would never use sean again and wouldnt recommend at all -rude ..no way to treat customersFriday 5th March 2021
