jen sissons1 StarGate put on and made backwards. Gate warped. Poor hardware. No handle. Can't close Gate from inside. Customer service harrowing. Refuses to correct as I paid. Lack of integrity. Awful experience. Was not rude just asked for what was quoted when he got door on wrong so he turned gate around so it does block passageway and i can let my dogs out safely and close it when they are in. I'm guessing he forgot as nothing written down and came a month later. Passage way rules made up and just another excuse. Getting nasty over review and now lying about other trades I've used. Such a simple half hour fix but because I canceled all the raised beds and the 3 other doors I needed they got very nasty. I am now going to trading standards. P.S. Any handy man out there that can fix my gate please?Wednesday 14th September 2022
