Despite the distraction of our toddler wanting to play with their tools, the jobs were done quickly and efficiently with no mess!

Antoinette Chappell5 StarI contacted Sam Palmer to see if he could repair our boiler which had stopped working which meant that we had no central heating in mid-November. Sam’s service was excellent throughout with clear, honest information about when he could get an engineer out to me, which luckily was the next day. Adrian, the engineer who came to fix our boiler was very polite, efficient and punctual. He respected all the government COVID requirements and wore a mask for the whole time he was working in our house. He very quickly determined that the boiler needed a new pump, which he went out and bought and fitted by lunchtime. The work was reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend Sam Palmer Plumbing and Heating Ltd to anyone who needs any plumbing or heating repair or installation works carried out.Friday 27th November 2020
