I have used Sampson Coward twice now to purchase our home. On both occasions we were given a fantastic service. Our most recent purchase was incredibly drawn out due to difficulties selling a lease hold property. Jane worked tirelessly to ease our concerns and resolve any problems in a timely manner. I really couldn't fault a single thing, a massive thanks to Jane. Would highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with our dealings with Sampson Coward who we hired to settle our late parents estate. Our advisor dealt with all affairs in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Right from the get go her communication with us was excellent. Initially she graciously talked us through the process of Probate in order for us to reach a decision as to whether we wanted her to handle it for us or not. We had absolutely no doubt in our minds by the end of the conversation that she was the right person for us. We were not disappointed. We were kept informed at all stages of the process and our advisor was patient and kind in replying to our doubts and queries. Nothing was too much trouble. At an emotional time for ourselves we felt very fortunate to have found someone who has that all important human touch. We felt that the fees for the services were very reasonable, everything was clearly itemised and all predicted costs were explained in detail during our initial meeting. There were no hidden extras or unwelcome surprises. We could not recommended the service we were provided with more highly.
