Shakath Ali1 StarWe hired them for weekly cleaning. First few weeks was very good,Then afterwards their standard dropped. On their final week there cleaning was quite poor and we had to clean ourself and cancelled the following week cleaning and reschedule for the week after. On that week they didn't turn up and said we didn't book them.We rebooked for the following week. On that day they changed the time twice and then no response, I had to wait all day and cancelled certain appointments waiting for them.I tried contacting them several times via messages and telephone but they didn't respond.
I wouldn't have left negative review if only they responded.Sunday 9th January 2022
