Saul is a true plants man as well as being reliable and honest. He has transformed my boring small garden into the pretty cottage garden space I wanted. He suggests plants but is happy to discuss other options. Saul is very pleasant to have around and I would highly recommend him. Fern.

We were fortunate to be able to invite Saul round to our garden for one of his Tutorial Sessions. What fantastic value for money. Saul is personable, interesting with a seemingly encyclopaedic knowledge of plants and horticulture. We had a brilliant time it felt like an informative chat with a good friend, my wife has a reasonable knowledge of plants whereas I am a real amateur, my Mum joined in as well and Saul was able to converse with all of us on an equal level. We learned so much on the day and at no point did it feel rushed or hurried, Saul always had time to talk and explain. He then backed up all our conversations with a very comprehensive Plant Maintenance Document, this will be a useful reference for us for many years hence. I feel that I could write much more, I cannot recommend Saul highly enough, whether you want the Tutorial or Garden design, this is a person who knows what he’s talking about and uses it for others benefit. As a complete novice gardener, I was so lucky to find Saul – and for him to agree to work with my very limited budget to create a beautiful garden for me! I only had a very basic idea of what I wanted and Saul realised something I could never have imagined for myself. My scrappy patch of rotting decking and gravel has been transformed into an Islamic-inspired piece of paradise (which aptly enough means ‘garden’). Saul is very perceptive about his clients’ tastes and needs - his initial design was barely changed. He suggested (and sourced) the perfect materials – the paving, the tiles, the screens, all within budget. His planting has also been spot on. As the garden has matured, it has been a joy to see each plant blossom – the garden has been consistently colourful and lush. Saul was fun to work with, patient and good humoured in the face of difficulties. He left me detailed instructions for the care of my garden, and has continued to answer questions as they arise. I couldn’t recommend Saul more highly.

Saul was the best thing that could ever happen to us to help us look after our garden. Having a garden with so many plants can be daunting and Saul gave us a tutorial that helped us understand that it can be easier that what is seems! He is super knowledgeable, friendly, patient and he is such a good tutor! He came to our home last Saturday and soon after he sent us an amazing document (now our garden bible) with pictures and descriptions of how to look after each plant. We can't wait to get his help again when we start are vegetable growing!

We booked Saul for a gardening tutorial this week, and were delighted with the session. He was very thorough and impressively knowledgeable about every plant in our garden. He gave us detailed advice about care and maintenance and afterwards sent us a manual with photos of all of our plants with specific advice for each one. We're so much more confident (and enthusiastic!) now about being able to look after everything. A top-notch service, Saul - thanks!
