We had had trouble finding someone who would even talk with us, possibly because we were starting in the U.S. and attempting to find something long term for our daughter who got a work visa in the U.K. Blake answered nearly immediately every email we sent, responded helpfully to all our questions, and in general provided the kind of respectful and informative guidance we all look for in a professional. He helped us work with the landlords to come to a contract, worked with our timing requirements, and got us in to a lovely flat when we’d kind of despaired of being able to find anything.
