Phoned several times regards to Lexmoto recall, all calls and messages ignored. Got that sorted elsewhere. Broke down and tried to call them again, also ignored. Been using Orrell Park Motorcycles instead. Fast, professional and friendly.

Appalling service, it's one blunder after another with these lot. After purchasing the scooter, they forgot to bring the manual, which is no big deal, things like this happen and it's understandable, but then they promise to send it by post and this is where the lies start. After a couple of days we phone them up, and they straight up lie, claiming to have sent it through the post. Only after being chased down several times and multiple lies do they finally send an email copy and print one out in store, several weeks after we were supposed to receive it. Then the scooter breaks down. We take it into the store and they say it'll take no more than a a couple of days. While I appreciate it taking longer than expected what I don't appreciate is leaving with more problems. They didn't even bother to put the front panel on properly. After the service, a part covered under warranty needed replacing, but as they didn't have it in stock the had to order it. Now, they made it seem as though this shouldn't take more than a week, but here I am over a month later, after numerous phone calls and several blatant lies on their part. This is ridiculous now, and I've had it. To sum up, avoid using this place for anything other than the initial purchase. The staff are fine and act helpful in person, but they won't lift a finger to carry out their tasks and outright lie over the phone, stretching simple issues into month long ordeals.

Great bunch of lads and very helpful from start to finish. Can’t recommend the place enough. The new manager has contacted me a couple times since buying my bike to make sure I’m happy with it. Overall great service and will definitely be back!!!

I don't even want to rate this place a 1. Its been a appealing experience. I bought a bike. That was 2 weeks late on delivery when they brought the bike it wouldn't start so I refused delivery, I then asked for a refund and was told it would go into my bank. After a week of no refund and no answer on the phone. I phoned head office and they managed to get my refund. Panic sets in when the number has been disconnected. . Do not buy from this place. It has put me off buying a bike. I feel I am very lucky to get my money back. Eventually
