Alex visited and explained the process and product, the installation went to plan and was clean and efficient, the team were fantastic. The product has exceeded expectation and our heat loss from the sash windows is reduced to virtually zero on the thermal camera. Steve Taylor5 StarThe Team at Scott James have just completed renovating our horizontal sash windows on our 260 year old listed cottage, the windows were original and had significant rot inside and out, from the initial survey we could clearly see they understood our issues and when they started work they made sure the windows were carefully renovated so they are secure, rot free, fully working and weather proof. The team worked very hard, arriving early, and working through the days until the job was done, on time and to a great standard. We are very pleased with the result - our windows still look and feel original but we know they will last for years to come. Overall far better value then replacing the windows and very happy with the result and the service from start to finish.Wednesday 1st September 2021
