SE Energy installed a Viessmann boiler for us very recently. They did an excellent job, overcoming problems with residue from radiators that initially prevented the system from working properly. They came back repeatedly and successfully fixed the issue. The engineers were extremely courteous at all times and were good to have around while they were working in our home. The customer service team were very responsive which was really appreciated as it took a few weeks to finally get everything working. Thank you Team!

Did I use this business? Thankfully not in the end. Rude when I queried two quotes and then failed to turn up when the job was finally agreed. My wife then called after staying in to meet them and was spoken to in the most demeaning and rude manner. When asked to speak to the manager the man said he was the owner of the company. Shocking behaviour

Fixed emergency leak. Professional and polite. The only company able to send an emergency plumber over the weekend to me. Very grateful of their service would definitely use again if needed. I called around 15 other plumbers and most on voice mail and never replied despite offering 24 hrs service. This company were the only ones to help !!!! Was for a leaking tap into kitchen from main supply.
