I have been a customer of Securenett for many years and have always received excellent customer service at all levels, whether that be when dealing with the office staff or the engineers. Securenett installed my original alarm system many years ago and as I have been continually satisfied with the service that they provide, it was a no-brainer as to whom I would choose when I recently upgraded my alarm system. The arranging of this upgrade went very smoothly and at a very reasonable price, the engineer arrived in good time and was very professional and courteous during his time at our home. He explained the new system to us very clearly and my wife Glennis is over the moon with it - which in turn makes me happy!

Great Company, from the very polite customer service team who take your first call, to the engineers who will always make sure your concerns are dealt with and leave you with peace of mind. I have my home and several of my family members have their homes with Securenett, they attended in the correct PPE and disinfected all areas through the Covid-19 period which was a worry for some elderly family members. Would 100% recommend.

Previous to Securenett taking over, the visiting service engineer would test the batteries in the system and only replace when necessary. Securenett as a policy now replace all the batteries every year regardless of condition. These batteries can be purchased on line for about £1 .10 each, but Securenett charge £4.17 + VAT. each. Checking online I find that these batteries need changing every 3 to 5 years on home security systems. I have been advised that should I need a call out for a system failure then that will cost in the region of £200.00. per visit I am not happy with this arrangement and am seriously considering leaving them and looking elsewhere for my home security system.

waste of time I have been waiting for an annual service for over 2 months and they keep changing it. Amy the manager is a total waste of time as she is always in meetings or having lunch or breakfast or in meetings about lunch and breakfast and will not ever call you back. they will however send you an invoice very quickly without doing any work and chase you constantly for payment.

This is the worst company for customer service that I have ever come across. Nearly two years of them taking our money yet constantly refusing to sort out the problem. Promise after promise to return our calls and never fulfilling their promises. I now have no choice but to contact Trading standards and to find another company.
