Bella MacLaren5 StarCalled and spoke to Jack after bursting two of my tyres. He was reassuring, said if I could get the car to them they would do what they could to help. Luckily the tyres I needed were in-stock and they were replaced and I was on my way in minutes. Everyone there was so friendly and professional. Honestly the nicest garage staff I've ever encountered and a great price too. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to them and recommend to others.Tuesday 6th September 2022
sonu b4ualt85 StarExcellent service provided. Bought this car a month ago and somehow the tyre pressure was coming down every week, thought of replacing all 4 tyres. On the way to office found this shop and popped in just to see if they have the tyres I wanted replacing.
The staff seems very professional and knowledgeable, after a few checks was told that tyres were okay, the issue were valves got them replaced, no rip off, honest customer service.Saturday 25th March 2023

My car was weeks old before someone stuck a screw in my tyre & phone advice aswell as service in person was top notch. I have a new car with unusual tyres and even Kwik Fit were lousy suppliers. I booked online (simple) for hassle freeness & just turned up. No queue, immediately seen and turned done in 20 min while I wondered around in the hot days sun although seating in reception was offered. Recently changed owners in last year but new cash injection to business has offered fantastic new features to business such as new mot section & outside canopy as well other coming soon stuff. Well uniformed and clean staff and workshop; good tools and no clutter. I came from 5ways & well worth it. Highly recommend. They even advise you ring in before your slot to let them know you’re coming so you can defo not wait and when I did, they courteously checked my tyre had even arrived in their daily delivery. They didn’t need to but did. Excellent. They washed my rim and tyre after finishing and I went to pay in their two different entrance reception hut for covid safety and after friendly enjoyable banter, he checked my tyre pressure matched the others, matched the car’s recommendation and I left happy.
