I take care of a guy with MS. His allotted time is between 9 and 9.30 Our usual carer was off for the week so another carer was sent. Bit at10 45. I queried it with the Manager Joanna and was told a pack of lies stating the carer was running late du to attending an emergency as she said this the carer turned up at the door so I asked him if there had been an emergency he said nope your allotted time is now 10 30. Joanna said well you are not allowed to question the carer!!!! The previous manager was very nice. Today I called up and a young lady answered and explained perfectly to me why a later slot was happening it was because there were no other male carers until that time for the week our normal carer was away That was all Joanna had to say but nope. She chose to lie to me instead.

Awful care company. One carer repeatedly left my father front door open amongst a whole list of other issues with him, I spoke to a manager who was rude and talked over me, kept telling me what I "should" have done. (Hindsight is a wonderful thing when you're sat in an office) don't tell me what I "should" have done, it's rude and helps no one! Fast forward to the next morning after I was told He would be spoken to and wouldn't come back to the property, HE TURNS UP! He parked half on the drive half on the pavement, blocking pedestrian access, tries to let himself into the property, and questions me when I said he's not suppose to be here. He clearly hadn't been spoken to! I had to make him leave as he tried to get into the property, even after I told him he wasn't suppose to be here! If you have a choice, DO NOT USE THIS CARE COMPANY.
