After going round just about every local butcher I could find in search of caul fat, this was the only place that knew what I was after and ordered it in for me especially. Text me when it arrived. Angie kemp5 StarI love this butchers not only because of the fresh meats and amazing steak pies amd dumpling but because the staff are amazing too they take time with you chat with you and recognise you and call you by your name. Theres a young staff learning which is brilliant to see and some older like helen and other ladies and finally the top man Mr Donnie Shaw himself is pleasent kind and generous and takes time for all of his customers and the surrounding community. I could not reccomend Shaw butchers high enough.
