Robbie came within an hour of my calling him. We had no hot water due to immersion hot water boiler malfunctioning. \he retired it promptly in 45 minutes. He asked me different relevant questions and conferred with us about what we wanted to have done.. It was recommended by Bob Ingram our electrician. He deserves the high recommendation .
