The discussion re. particular cases of sickness absence and how to manage absences in general and staff behaviours was really valuable. The seminar was well organised and Jenefer gave ample time to answer questions and respond to queries which was helpful. Jenefer is clearly knowledgeable.Monday 27th January 2020
